Eggplant from the garden

Eggplant Parmesan. 

Slice the eggplant, brush with olive oil, sprinkle salt and garlic powder, sprinkle the cheese, and top with basil.  Bake for 30 minutes on 350.

Little India

Another wonderful woman is showing me the ways of her Kitchen which is a lot Indian.

She took me to lunch at Little India in Tempe which is an Indian grocery store a kitchen and tables which serves as a restaurant area.

 
A yogurt drink.
 
A lovely dish with chick peas and much more.  I am still not grasping the names well.
