The Urban Farm

Greg Peterson runs his Urban Farm in

It was a fantastic experience. It was a cool, delightful morning and I left inspired.

Tall Muffins

Ikea's Tall Muffin pans are really different.

The muffins come out taller and skinnier.

And these banana muffins were superb, topped with orange icing.

Pumpkin for Breakfast

A recent trip to get pumpkins for carving brought home a jar of this sweet butter.

Spread over fresh biscuits it made for a scrumptious breakfast.

Here's to supporting local businesses.

Tandoori Naan Bread

Who knew that this bread was so delicious. I browse the local supermarket for interesting things to try.

I wasn't sure what to make with it at first.

I used it pizza style with a ground beef concoction sprinkled with Swiss cheese.  It was divine.
Here's more about this bread.
