Churrasco


Churrasco a moda da Conchita.


Butter, fresh garlic, and piri piri.


It was amazing. The chicken is seasoned beforehand, and brushed with the butter paste as it cooks on the BBQ.

Fresh Tomatoes


Fresh tomatoes make for a superb tomato sauce.

The tomatoes are cooked in olive oil with basil and garlic and pureed.


 Mix with your favorite pasta and enjoy. I am having lots of this stuff.

 The serving plate is complete with sauted grape tomatoes.

Lemon season is almost over...  I have sipped, or gulped lost of lemon water.






 To ensure I have many more of those experiences I juiced the lemons and now have a nice batch of frozen lemon juice.

Shrimp. It tastes good.

Starts off with a simple base of sautéed onions and tomatoes and seasoning to taste.


 Sprinkle it with feta cheese.


Bake for about 15 minutes.  
I like serving it with rice.

Dumkin Donuts

Dumkin Donuts has moved into the east valley.  It seems to be a thriving location.  The explorer in me had to get acquainted so we visited it bright and early.


The egg white flat bread albeit healthy did not make my taste buds happy. Must try something else.

I was handed a promotional coupon to Nothing Bundt Cakes, which got me map questing  the location because I wanted to go taste these cakes.


This boutique bakery is next door to a Target store.


It is full of pretty things that satisfy the eyes and heart.
