Little India

Another wonderful woman is showing me the ways of her Kitchen which is a lot Indian.

She took me to lunch at Little India in Tempe which is an Indian grocery store a kitchen and tables which serves as a restaurant area.

 

A yogurt drink.

 

A lovely dish with chick peas and much more.  I am still not grasping the names well.

Indian Treats

I shared my desire to learn how to prepare Indian food and soon after I found a lovely woman who is showing the ways of her Indian kitchen.  I don;t know the names of many things yet, but I want to share how it looks.

 Spicy.

Sweet.

Tandoori Naan Bread

Who knew that this bread was so delicious. I browse the local supermarket for interesting things to try.

 I wasn't sure what to make with it at first.

I used it pizza style with a ground beef concoction sprinkled with Swiss cheese.  It was divine.
